This rack is designed for medium to heavy loads, or to support a large rack bag. Keeps the pannier bag away from the rear tire. Beautiful design is hand-brazed from Cromoly Steel. It mounts to seatstay rack mounts and the supports to the chainstays. 

Upper: Clamp for 15mm seat stay
　 Lower: Clamp for 12mm and 20mm seat stay
