Dura-Ace Di2 SM-EW79A-E front wire kit connects the rear wire kit -Junction A-
The Dura-Ace Di2 SM-EW79A-E front wire kit connects the rear wire kit to the ST-7970 STI Levers. It also contains the battery indicator unit which shows the approximate battery life by pressing and holding down one of the shift pads. An led on the indicator with show green if the battery is over 50% charged, red if under 50% charged, and flashing red if the battery is almost drained. The indicator mounts to the brake cable housing just below the stem and handlebar junction via included zip ties. It has one cable that connects to the rear wire kit and two cables that run under the handlebar tape into the 7970 STI levers.
